Engineered Flooring

This type of flooring is made of several layers, the top and bottom layer being 100% natural wood and the middle consisting of 5 to 7 layers of plywood. Engineered wood creates a highly stable core that is less likely to react to different temperatures and humidity preventing it from expanding, contracting or shifting. This makes engineered wood flooring a great option for all types of rooms including basements.
