You went above and beyond what I would have thought was necessary

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I am with the level of service and professionalism I received from both you and Allied Flooring.

When my husband and I decided to install hardwood on the main floor of our home, I had no idea what to look for or what type of hardwood we required. After visiting numerous dealers and showrooms, it was a pleasant surprise to walk into your showroom. You answered all my questions with honesty and detail and immediately put my mind at ease.

Perhaps what impressed us most, however, was the level of service we received during the product selection (including placing multiple orders for samples) and installation. In fact, you made our flooring selection so easy that we decided to install tile in our three bathrooms too! You went above and beyond what I would have thought was necessary and we were left with the impression that it could just as easily have been your home that was receiving the flooring.

The installer was equally as professional and did a job that I believe is equal to none. Our floor looks fantastic.

All in all, I cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience we had with Allied Flooring. In a city that seems to have an infinite number of flooring companies, I can say without hesitation that Allied Flooring stands above all others in every aspect of customer service.
