I am moved to write in appreciation of the excellent customer service that you in particular and Allied Flooring Inc. provided.

Starting from your staying well beyond “normal” store hours to accomodate us, to helping us find the right product, to explaining how best we could achieve our dreams with our budget, it was all excellent!

Thank you for a job well done!

This was our first tiling experience — we were nervous about the whole procedure! You put us at ease from the very beginning and pulled out all the stops to make it happen.

Of special note was:

• You opened a model home to show us your work, which was 1st Class
• You encouraged us to shop around until we were sure of our plans
• Your workers were punctual, industrious, clean and friendly.

Not only do we enjoy our kitchen — so do our neighbours.

They ask “Who did this?”
