All about providing excellent customer service

In February 2007, my husband Brad and I were referred to Allied Flooring from our contractor Kevin Meng. Upon our very first visit, we realized that Gihan Salgado was all about providing excellent customer service. He promptly greeted us at the door and showed us a variety of ceramic tile that we were interested in. His approach was always genuine, sincere and never pushy. After careful consideration, we chose our favourite tile and proceeded to make arrangements for installation. The installer was very precise and diligent. We were extremely satisfied and thrilled when we saw our new kitchen floor. Gihan followed up with us on several occasions to ensure satisfaction.

We have since carpeted several rooms and our first choice was Allied Flooring because after our first experience we knew that they would provide top notch quality and service and we did not want to deal anywhere else.
